Ebay Blowssss!!!

I know and agree.  Ebay is one of the worst inventions ever created, and I hate it. With that being said, I'm poor and un-employed so sometimes you gotta make a deal with the devil to survive. Check out the stuff I have for sale on Ebay here!! I update it pretty often and there's usually some good stuff on there.  Thanks!!

PS: This will be my first and only attempt to sell shit on this blog.  Sorry.

Symbol Six-Ego/Taxation 7"

This is another one of those early so cal/Posh Boy bands that not many people have heard of. Just great early South Bay style melodic punk.  From what I know of, all these guys ever released was a four song 12" on Posh Boy.  This 7" is two of those songs that was re-issued by Posh Boy in the early 90's. This is a must for fans of the Adolescents and early TSOL.

Tracks:
1. Ego
2. Taxation

Government Issue Re-Issue!!

For those who don't know, Dr. Strange Records has recently re-issued Government Issues' seminal hardcore record "Make An Effort"!!  Finally re-issued in the US, this 7" has been re-mastered by Tom Lyle himself.  Get on this as soon as possible.  There is a colored version that is limited to 100 copies, and the black version which is strictly limited to 1000 copies.  Get it before it's out of print for another 10 or more years. Purchase your copy here!

PS. There is also a limited cover for the Test Press.  The Doc has already sold out of these, but if you see it somewhere by sure to snatch it up ASAP.  Limited to around 30 copies!! Also, be on the look out for the Boycott Stabb LP to be re-issued some time later this year!!

The Hypnotics-Indoor Fiends LP

I'm really surprised that more people haven't heard of these guys.  Great early 80's, snotty as all hell punk.  If you thought the Angry Samoans were smart asses, take that times a hundred.  Best thing about the band is the keyboard, sounds like a mix between the Angry Samoans and the Screamers.  Recommended for fans of early LA punk rock.

Tracks:
1. Weird People
2. Eating Soup
3. News
4. Nazi Snotzy
5. Sometimes
6. I Can't Think
7. Sick Of Work
8. Everyday
9. Doomed
10. You're Sick
11. I'm Running
12. Celebrity Killer
13. Kiddie Porn
14. Punk Street
15. Sizzling In The City
16. S&M
17. Giants Town
18. Dreams And Fantasies
19. The Truth
20. I Can't Get The Sleep In My Head
21. Wild Kingdom Safari
22. The Quest

You guys like good music?

I know you do.  Check these guys out!  Fucking awesome local band that plays cool spanish style punk.  Like Eskorbuto? Like RIP?  Then you'll LOVE Mundo Muerto. Buy their record here.  Buy their shirt here.  And profess your love for them here.

No Hope For The Kids-Das Reich 7"

Hell yes.  I was so excited when I saw this come through the record store.  This is most definitely my favorite release by this band.  Das Reich is just a great, fast, melodic, early "American" sounding hardcore song.  The B-Side (Secret Police) is a little slower, but still just as driving and melodic.  How could you not love the guitar work on this song?  This is another one of those records that the tracks aren't hard to find, but it's technically out of print and it's something I think everyone should hear, so enjoy!!!

PS: If you like this, pick up their self titled album.  The 2nd press is still available on Feral Ward Records.  Get it here!!

Tracks

1. Das Reich
2. Secret Police

What Happens Next?-Brutiful Fearing 6"

So I'm an idiot, I admit it and have no shame.  This idiocy keeps me from finding stuff at the same pace as other people.  This explains why I slept on this band for so long.  Every time I heard anything about What Happens Next? I would just pass them off as some generic thrash bullshit.  I was wrong.  This is just some great hardcore. Loud, fast, with some cool guitar work.  This was the first release by them that I bought, but be sure to look out for more WHN stuff coming up soon.

Tracks:

1. Banner Sized Politics
2. For What
3. Resolve 365
4. Exploitation, Assimilation, Violence
5. SSIL
6. Silenzio Statico (Indigesti cover)

Fucked Up-No Pasaran 7"

Ok, so I know these tracks aren't hard to find, but this 7" is out of print and I love these songs so they're gonna be the first to go up here.  This is by far my favorite Fucked Up record.  Great straight up hardcore with none of the overdoing of their more recent releases (don't get me wrong, I love that shit too, but sometimes I wish they would simplify it back down).  This is just an amazing record that I think everyone should hear, so here you go!

Tracks:

1. No Pasaran
2. Circling The Drain

Just Starting Out

Hey,

So this is my first post!  Kinda cool.  I've always wanted to do one of these, but never had the time (still don't, but I'll try to update as much as possible). I'm hoping that this will become a place where I can share stuff that's not so easy to find (or out or print) so more people can discover some cool stuff.  Anyway, if you want any more info on the stuff posted here (or to send me free shit to post) email, and I'll make sure to get back to you.  Thanks!
